i got a 100 on my math test! yay! and then my geology teacher gave me an automatic A on my final and I didn't even have to do any sexual favors! he said I'm the only person in the class with an A average, so i'm exempt from the final. i may not be blogging much until thursday because its finals week coming up and i really need to study for my two remaining finals (math and government). then i'm going to teach myself zoology. yay!

application for genetic engineering

i just had a funny thought. if people have an allergy to wild flowers and they eat honey made from those flowers then they may become immune to their allergy. i was thinking what if we genetically engineered some bees that could make honey out of pet dander? that would be some funky honey, but then i could eat it and be less allergic to my cat. i can just imagine the little bees trying to collect pollen/dander from the cats and dogs of the world.

desi got the dates mixed up last weekend so we moved the heather to this weekend. we're going to have so much fun! I'm doing the pizza thing again and getting the movies (again) and walter, jean, and john are coming over again. last weekend the living room door opened while we were watching a movie and hayley crawled in with absolutely no clothes on! NO CLOTHES!! how did this happen? it must have been a wardrobe malfunction. she thought it was hilllaaaarious. i hope that doesn't happen again, but it would be okay if she came in with clothes on and watched one of the pg or lower rated movies with us (i.e. princess diaries). i have to buy a swimsuit this weekend and i'm gettin a haircut. 6 inches off i think. the hair, not the suit. i also wanna get some of those smacky sandal things. i used to have some but i stepped in a paint can and ruined them. so sad. i'm taking water aerobics for gym next semester and i tried on last year's swimsuit and it was too big. i thought about wearing it anyway but then a horrible mental image of me in the middle of class losing my bottoms or having a boob fall out came to mind. i need new suit. its my bedtime now. gonna read the art history book until i fall asleep.

I posted some wedding pics. In case you wanted to know what a wedding looked like. Tonight at 6pm is the Heather Mattarazzo Film Festival which Walter now calls "Heather Mattarazzo Dignity Day". I don't know if Desiree is coming because she never really got back to me, but I'm gonna be there and John and Walter. I think that's enough for a film festival. It's better attended than The Incredible Melting Man, at least. We're going to eat candy, pizza, chips, and some veggies and sit around like yokels and let fly the wisecracks. We'll be giddy with sugar and grease..and fiber. We have about 8 hours of video but I expect we'll be asleep before its over. Except maybe Walter. Then I have to wake up on Sunday morning and take Hayley and John to church. It's Easter, ya know. You have to do the pennance before you get the candy.

I got a new bra and I wore it today and it was the most fabulous thing ever! it's like i forget that i even have boobs when i wear this thing and it makes them look really round and *up*. sort of like those gross fake boobs that the pornstars have and that guys seems to like, but i think are a real big turn-off. they make me go from :) to :( and it makes a meeyoop sound when that happens. like i lost my boner if i could have one. but that isn't the point. the point is that i haven't had a nice bra in about 4 years and now i have one and i'm happy.
    a short anecdote from the drunkest time in my life: John was a soldier back then and he lived in the barracks and we would get completely f'ed up on the weekends. i really liked southern comfort so he bought me a big bottle of the 80 proof. we were in his room and i had this big plastic cup and i kept going Pour me another! and he would. And then I looked at the bottle and it was empty. and then a big flower opened up on the ceiling and i vomitted on a giant cabbage and bluebirds flew out and then i had a seizure. and i cried because i was sorry that i had a seizure in front of my nice friend John. i told him that but he couldn't understand me. then i got scared of the ceiling fan because it was gonna attack me. then John got scared cause I was messed up and babbling. but he was too drunk to call an ambulance so we screwed instead and everything was all right. the end.
i told my mom i was gonna study for a test but really i'm going to watch buffy and quilt. i used to be really envious of buffy until the middle of season 6. i wanted to be her, but after season 6 i think i have the better life after all. i actually have a test tomorrow, but i already studied.
on the weekend i went for a hike with John (my ex-husband/father of my child/boyfriend?) and we meant to be out there for one hour but got lost and ended up out there for three hours. we found our way back to the trail after so much aimless wandering because this really hot couple was making out right in the middle of it and we followed the sound of their giggling. next weekend is the heather mattarazzo film festival (finally). it's less a film festival and more me, walter, and desiree watching movies and acting like morons til the wee hours of the morning. John and Jean might be there too but they also might rather be asleep. i'm happy because i have my pills now. that's why my blogs make less sense. the somberness of my true self (the unmedicated me) makes me choose my words more carefully. i'm a better writer, but i have more trouble "functioning" like when i meant to go to the library but ended up in amarillo with a trucker instead. at least i got to see snow, right?

i skipped my government class today because i am a rebel. he doesn't ususally say much anyway. i stayed home and made a quilt and cleaned some stuff and did a lot of important things. yep. it was a good morning. i went to art history. i didn't skip that. its a night class and i really like it even though the teacher is really quiet and i have to lip read sometimes. there are three tests this week; art history, government, and algebra. and two quizzes in geology. my cat is being really obnoxious today. she kept knocking things over. hayley was so grumpy because of daylight savings time losing her an hour of sleep. poor baby. not much happened. its pretty quiet.
